「Got a car space around the back of the property,. owners very welcoming. Room was spotless. Breakfast plentiful and so much choice. Thank you for a lovely stay, would definitely stay again and if you are going to southport it is central to everything i would definitely recommend The Heidi」

「Booked last minute, on arrival there was an issue with the room which wss immediately dealt with and we were upgraded. Family business and they were very attentive and made us geel very welcome. Looks recently renovated and lovely. Would definitely recommend and definitely return.」

「The Leicester was everything a person could hope for and more! Cliff was an amazing host and provided great dining recommendations! Breakfast was amazing and the guest house menu was extremely varied and all delicious. The room was very comfortable and clean. The absolute perfect location as well.」

「The hotel was clean and friendly no complaints. The weekend we booked was unfortunately on the Orange parade weekend (which we knew nothing about) so was a bit noisy but it didn't spoil it. 」

「We didn't stay at the hotel for a number of reasons. Firstly, the surrounding area was deprived with half the buildings either boarded up or in disrepair. Secondly, having a 'seaview' and being a 'boutique' hotel is debatable, but definitely not from the outward appearance of the property. It was scruffy and needed maintenance to the paintwork and front door. Thirdly, to be made to stand outside ringing a bell for 30 minutes is unacceptable and shows poor customer service. The decision was made...

「Place is managed by one man Tom who was very nice ...Owner was off to Birmingham as we arrived and another lady disappeared when I spoke to her so not much of a welcome . Place needs work and cleaning tbh ... Basic standards are a must especially in a town with so much competition.. Hotel had two names which doesn't help.Think we were the only ones there but we were the only ones for breakfast ... Took a while to get any response from anyone as place was deserted but got there in the end ...Tom...
