「Overall a nice stay. The property itself is very dated and needs a renovation/upgrade. But the service at breakfast, and the views from the upgraded rooms are great. Standard rooms are not great. Reception staff average. Gym needs more weights/equipment (but decent room). Some small improvements (aside from a total refresh/renovation) would make a huge difference.」

「We ordered a room with the Seaview and got an amazing balcony with incredible views 180°. Service was good staff was friendly. Yes you had to climb up a steep ramp to get from the hotel to the main street, and if you had a handicap, you would not be able to do that. But we were prepared for that based on other reviews. And we’re fine with it. Cental location was wonderful 」

「The stuff is very nice Is the best hotel we stay for this 2 Months , Beautiful infinity pool and wonderful restaurant with a nice view & very nice Service manager Luca , So convenient to shopping right on the main street and got the best View in the city , The room have Air-Conditioner & Very elegant marble bathroom and nice Washing set ! 「A little bit far and less room service than expected」

「The room, is superbly small. I cannot turn around when I take a bath. Even without a table for me to work. Strong smell inside the room. And under such conditions, the room is very expensive. 」

「Modern, clean and beautiful. Rosanna was very pleasant and attentive. Unfortunately, the property is not very easy to find. 」

「Lovely hotel in an excellent location, but what makes the experience really special is the amazing staff. Everyone has been incredibly accommodating, helpful and friendly, and we appreciated the attention to detail throughout the stay. 」

「We never received our luggage and ALL front desk staff tried repeatedly to phone the airport to get updates on our luggage. They were beyond helpful. The breakfast was wonderful with many made to order options in a beautiful plant filled solarium. The roof top bar was quite a highlight with DJ music at just the right level to allow conversation. Loved the location just steps up but away from Corso Umberto.」

「Hotel is amazing, so many antiques and curiosity’s to look at. Very much old fashioned style. Stunning views, quiet location. Book an Etna view room as away from the road. Lots of choice for breakfast and the hotel restaurant just up the road, La Caverna is wonderful. From the pool, reception and the restaurant staff I really can’t fault them. This really is a wonderful hotel. A short walk up a hill is Castelmola for beautiful shops bars and lovely for a drink in the evening. Bus stop outside...
