「Die Anlage war schön- geschmackvoll und der Hauptpool war angenehm- der Rest- Zimmer und Essen war nicht dem Preis entsprechend- Personal gibt es sehr viel aber stet leider viel rum und räumt 3h das Mittagessen am Pool nicht ab. Auch die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht viel」

「Mijn verblijf bij Bliss Terra Janna was een gemengde ervaring. Laat ik beginnen met de positieve punten: de locatie is prachtig en het hotel zelf ziet er visueel erg mooi uit. Het design en de uitstraling geven echt een luxe gevoel, en een aantal medewerkers waren oprecht vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Helaas waren er ook meerdere minpunten die mijn verblijf hebben beïnvloed. Tijdens mijn verblijf is mijn nieuwe koffer beschadigd geraakt, en dit is door het hotel niet naar tevredenheid opgelost....

「Great staff at the desk and at the bar. A taxi ride away from the center of the city, but taxis are plentiful and cheap. Great atmosphere, and lovely pool (which closes oddly early, though).」

「The staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel is new with beautiful interior design and decoration. On last day the staff support me of calling taxi, also and he even accompany me to the meeting point with taxi driver, prevent me from scamming by random driver with high prices. 」

Marrakech is a busy city so it’s nice to settle in to a clean, quiet, and comfortable room after a day full of activities. The pool was a perfect place to soak after hiking and long walks. The breakfast is the best I had in Morocco. I highly recommend staying at this special Riad. 」

「This hotel is conveniently located within Marrakesh. Without traffic, only about 15 minutes from the airport. Staff is very helpful. Room was spacious and clean. We ordered room service (which was wonderful). Would highly recommend staying here.」

「Terrace door did not lock and we had to get maintenance in daily. Main bedroom door also was problematic closing. Construction work within 10 metres to our room. Very noisy and dusty. No sauna, spa etc and very small outdoor gym equipment next to pool. Cannot use in the heat. Had to ask repeatedly for water, shampoo, towels etc. Felt like we were annoying the staff by asking for our door to be fixed daily and water. However great location to both old and new town.」

「The kitchen and breakfast staff were awesome especially Abderazak, the cleaning staff was lovely. However, there was no Toothpaste in the room, no body wash, only hand wash. There was also no robe for the pool as well as no first aid box as someone in the group was ill over night and the front desk said there wasn't any first aid box. The breakfast had birds and that wasn't sanitary. 」
