「This hotel does not give you what it advertised. The wifi connection was very bad or not available No restaurant, no bar, I would not stay there again.」

「We loved the beach, restaurants, and the pool staff (servers)?were the greatest! The cleaning staff and grounds keepers were friendly and so dedicated. We loved being able to access the beach so easily.」

「Hotel has great potential. Great location, views are amazing. The rooms should be updated, modernized. Decor and layouts are very 80s. If they update the rooms the hotel would be amazing.」

「The front desk and breakfast staff were wonderful」

「Very nice staff, clean resort. Was able to upgrade are premium package to ocean front- well worth it. Buffet was the same everyday-you will not starve but will be limited on variety. Lots of kids at the resort therefore pool area always very loud- no problems finding a chair with umbrellas along the beach. Vendors do come by but once you say no thank you they leave. Would definitely recommend to family’s but maybe not to couples who want peace and quiet. GREAT frozen drinks at all the bars」

「Great location with nice staff, property really clean and great breakfast」

「Me encantó!」

it is easy to find by taxi. It looks like in the hotel area, the surrounding environment is very good, there is a swimming pool in the hotel. but only has one queen size bed, which made us a little disappointed.」

「I was aware this was a budget hotel. But 1) it ran out of water twice. 2) there ware blackout too, short but I didn’t expect that. 3) there staff did what they could when I approached them. But they have to have a better way to inform guests on the water issue. The location is great. There is not parking lot, need to park on the street. I was charged 100 UDS additional to the the total I was already paid on Expedia, btw, I called Expedia and said they were checking with the hotel to validate...
