「I would highly recommend spending a little extra for a room with a private pool. We made great use of ours, along with the spacious balcony. The room itself was a good size, clean, and comfortable. Because it’s a smaller property, the hotel felt quiet and relaxed, and the main pool and beach area were never crowded. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bed was very comfortable — it was also extremely quiet at night, making for a great sleep. We enjoyed the food at the hotel restaurant,...

「Location was good not too far from the beaches and the town of La Crucecita. The room was very clean and staff were excellent offering help with taxis, rental car and even my SIM card. The pool was nice for cooling off. AC. Worked really well. Breakfast was good. The wifi was poor but that’s not the end of the world. Only thing I would really have liked would be to have a small fridge in the room」

Service is excellent and always with a smile. The buffets could be a bit hotter for sure but restaurants are excellent. 」
