The hotel is well built and insulated, no noise from the street at all, whether from our room on the 4th floor or from the lobby. The room is super spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, with lots of amenities. The customer service was amazing as well, end to end. They receive and bring packages to our room including Grab food orders, among other services that are completely complimentary.
