Staff was courteous, location was clean and the drink and daily specials were fantastic! The loud skeeball game in the lobby was very distracting and the transportation to and from the Island Grand could be improved (esp for people with mobility issues)

we stayed two days---bathrooms in both rooms were not clean ie dirt along floor edges---first room had a broken glass shower door, black mold in shower/tub area and exhaust fan not working. The second room had dust/dirt along floor edges and a hole in the bathroom door. There were no hotel info. ...
