「They asked me to wait for sometime as another person was checking in. They first allotted a second floor room where water was leaking from shower and didn't change the bed sheet which was just vacated by a family. Then after a strong request changed to a room in ground floor which was vacant. The ceiling fan produces huge noice disturbed my sleep. Soap and kettle not provided. This property is a flat converted into rooms. It is just average. Not situated in Main Road. We have to take an auto to...

「Very poor customer care. Some of the staff were rude. Poor air conditioning. Infested with mosquitoes and cockroaches. 」

「Run!!!! Though this hotel calls itself a 3 star place, it does not even meet the minimum criteria. The bathrooms are dirty. The ac when turned on sounds like a freight train running in your front yard. Hot water is a joke. No smoking room smells like cigarette central. There are no amenities to speak of.」

「They not taken booking, when l reached there they said we are not tied up with expedia. So what rating u are expecting. You give refund since yesterday I am asking it. Very worst experience」

「We booked 2 king size bed room but when we check in midnight. The reception checked us in in 2 twin bed room. And after complaining they can only change one room to king size.」

「A bit far away from the beach.」
