「Just a tired old place. 」

「This hotel is reasonably priced and conveniently located near lots of amenities in South London. The bed was comfortable, and the room was reasonably clean. Some of the hotel features look tired and could use updating, including the room shower and sink. Overall, good value for money and I would stay again!」

「Out of the Comfort Inns we have stayed in, this is by far the nicest. Clean, up to date rooms. Lots of parking. BBQ and picnic area. Dog friendly.」

「Breakfast could have been better, not the tastiest sausage. Eggs were mediocre and potatoes were tasty but cold. Room was very clean and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Plenty of parking. The entrance to hotel wasn't clearly marked, could have better signage directing guests to lobby.」

「Usually a nice hotel thats usually busy with kids sports teams. Last night was out of control with the amount of kids running and yelling down the hallways and outside until almost midnight. Staff was nowhere to be found」

「The room was not cleaned. Garbage bin was full. The bedding and towels with heirs. AC was broken. The recepnionist could not find my booking for 15 minutes in computer.」

「Staff was helpful finding a restaurant that we wouldn’t have to deal with the construction. The room we were booked into was not what I had expected so they were able to accommodate us with the room we wanted. The only complaint I have is their Kleenex is terrible . The toilet paper and napkins was softer then the Kleenex.」

「Gracious old mansion, renovated as a small hotel with lovely grounds. Beautiful part of "Old South," London, Ontario. Plenty of included parking. Generous included breakfast. This has become our home away from home when visiting London.」

「Overall the place seems a little run down but the bed was extremely clean and comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. So I got a good sleep and a shower which is what I was after and seemed like a great deal! Very affordable!!!」
