"The hoteliers and staffs were all very kindly and friendly. Also the hotel was very clean and comfortable. It would be better if there was always an interpreter who is good at English."

"The staff were very friendly and let me park my bike in front of the hotel for free. The lobby was full of interesting furniture and instruments so it had a nice atmosphere. Unfortunately my room smelled like a barn. I live in a house with tatami so I am used to the smell of tatami, but the smell in this room was overpowering. The toilet was noisy for a long time after a flush because water pressure for the room was low and it took a long time to refill the tank. The sink was also only giving a trickle. The onsen facility was well kept though. "

"Excellent traditional experience, onsen is great and the traditional food sets (both breakfast and dinner) are very nice. Only problems I had overall were maintaince going on during my stay (landscaping and some light building work), and some parts of the building are showing their age (especially in the onsen and lobby areas). Bonus note, some of the hole in the wall restaurants nearby are excellent and the rual area nearby is great for a break from the big cities (it has that fresh air countryside feel)."

"A beautiful hotel located very close to the harbour gate entrance to the park. Our room was spacious. The breakfast buffet, although a little pricey was great with so many choices and cuisine types. My only complaint would be that the parking is far away and the parking shuttle bus is not super convenient, especially if you have luggage or small children."
