"アメリカに帰国前に１泊宿泊をしましたが、荷物が大量だったのにもかかわらず、タクシーを降りた瞬間からお手伝いに来てくださり、また帰る際もタクシーの手配及び荷物についてもお手伝いを下さり本当に助かりました。 あと郵便物を一件お願いをしたのですが、こちらも快く引き 受けて下さりとても助かりました。ホテル周辺も屋台もあり、福岡を感じることができ、買い物にも便利でした。スタッフの方も海外からの方も多く働いておられましたが、全ての方がとても良い対応をしてくださり、気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました。また機会があればぜひ利用したいです。お世話になりました。ありがとうございました。"

"The hotel has a great location, less than three minutes from the subway station, making transportation very convenient. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. It's a quiet spot in a bustling area, next to a five-star hotel. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"Lovely hotel and ideal for a walk to the station. Fresh bottle of water provided every day. We didn’t try the breakfast and unfortunately ran out of time to try the Onsen. Would def recommend hotel as all staff very helpful and clean hotel."

"The hotel room was a really good size, had a lot of room to place our luggage out. I loved how close it was to the train station, very walkable and convenient location! Only gripe was the AC does not work very well, it wasn't hot but defiantly wasn't cold at the max setting. There was a sign up explaining that there wasn't a designated AC per room, but rather for the whole hotel, so custom settings wouldn't work well. If you are okay with a warmer room, like during summer, I think it is perfect! But for me personally it was hard to sleep at night."
