"We were unaware on our reservation through Hotels.com that our reservation included breakfast and dinner. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and dinner was basically the same every night - not what I am looking for in a vacation. Still the dinner is very good. Having said that, all the food is very Japanese, so not what all travelers can do. The hotel itself is gorgeous with amazing amenities. "Room is huge and clean. Very nice bed. But check-in are digital. Intruction was unclear. The password pad next to the door was not obvious. They required me to enter the order number but it took me plenty of guess to find out the correct answer. There is a parking close to the hotel but the intruction of parking location is in the check-in area. It would be great if it was provided in the email. Other than the virtual check-in and hard the find a parking place around. I am happy with the stay"

"It was a nice and being welcomed experience in this hotel. Their staff are very nice and helpful, there will be free parking if you pre-book with the hotel, and there is a big bath tube open for guests for free which is a bonus for relax before sleeping!"

"A beautiful hotel located very close to the harbour gate entrance to the park. Our room was spacious. The breakfast buffet, although a little pricey was great with so many choices and cuisine types. My only complaint would be that the parking is far away and the parking shuttle bus is not super convenient, especially if you have luggage or small children."
