Hida Takayama Onsen Takayama Green Hotel (KEIO GROUP HOTELS)
Nice hotel onsen, clean and tidy. However lacks character and is sprawled over multiple buildings (all of which are architecturally quite ugly). Average breakfast buffet.

KOKO HOTEL Hidatakayama
A good choice if you're travelling by train, as it's within easy walking distance of the station. The breakfast buffet was okay, but the selection was quite limited compared to other hotels we've stayed at in Japan.
