"The place had a nice classic look. Loved the view of the mountain from the deck, clean room, functional kitchen. The front office was also very nice - provided complementary milk for coffee. The nearby library room had a nice classic touch - my family had a good relaxing time while waiting in that area. Highly recommended."

"Perfect stay in this mountain hotel. I could not have asked for a better experience. Very friendly and accommodating staff. They gave us an extra cot; which was very helpful because we ended up brining our teenager along after original plans changed. Very appreciative of the shuttles to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake! It made navigating our time there so much easier. The pool, hot tub and steam room were very nice and in good condition. Don't forget to check out their cozy library and ask for a tour of the wine cellar."
