"My go-to hotel in Taiwan. The location is excellent with subway station right in front of the hotel. There are restaurants around the property. 2-3 minutes walk either way to convenience store. Staffs are very nice and attentive."

"This hotel was in the perfect location for a short 2 day trip to Taipei. The hotel staff was excellent and helpful. Our room was much bigger than I’m used to when traveling internationally. We will stay here when we come back to Taipei in the future."

"Poor communication, but they do try but they need to be more professional attitude towards to the customer. A couple days okay to stay. But better not asking specific question or request. And do not feel bad if they don’t reply or cut off, they just don’t understand what you saying Interesting, after couple staying hotel…. I think here is like a standard; I’m not so used to it but I won’t visit again"
