"Stayed here two years in a row. Love it. Can’t beat the location, 1-2 minutes away from entrances to red and blue (5-7 min) MTR lines. Direct overpass connection to taipei 101. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Hotel pool is nice. If you are Hyatt member, be sure to use the sauna for free. First timer ask staff to walk you through the process of using the sauna. Gym is 24/7, was there at 2-3 am and i am not the only one working out. Don’t miss the freshly baked goods at lobby, the strawberry bread is a must try! Will be back next year!"

"Room is clean and the bed was comfortable but didn’t have a working desk which was rare. Gym was spacious and well equipped. Front desk staff very professional and friendly. "

"Clean room and breakfast is simple but decent. Rooms and toilets are a bit old looking, television connection also not very strong."

"Great location! Less than a 10 minute walk from either Taipei 101 station or Xinye Anye. Hotel lobby is actually on the 11th floor but the building staff at the main lobby were very helpful and friendly. I had more interaction with them than hotel staff. Room was spacious and bathroom very modern. However, for a business hotel, there weren’t any outlets near the desk or bedside to charge phone. Also, air conditioner was hard to troubleshoot and didn’t come with instructions."

"The room key was not very sensitive. It only works at a certain location of the key pad. I had to go to the lobby to complain and one staff came to show me how to use it."
