We enjoyed our stay very much. Location is so convenient just on top of the Blue line 忠孝敦化站 2nd Exit. The room was clean and comfy. Staff was always helpful and polite. Breakfast was basic. Soundproof was the only thing that could be improved.
This is one of the best hotel I visited so far. Very clean room and the location is easliy accessable. Recommended for families with young kids because their rooms are wooden flooring. This allows my kid to play on the floor without any worries.

Excellent value.
Excellent value for the price. Quiet room and very convenient location with a subway entrance right in front of the hotel. The only (very) minor drawback for me was the lack of drawers to fully unpack and organize my clothes. There's a small closet though, so I was able to hang jackets and shirts. There's also a safe in the room.
The nice was nice, friendly and helpful,
For a basic place to stay at a reasonable price to visit Taipei, this was a great choice. Staff very nice. Room very basic but met our needs plus more (fridge, towels, basic toiletries, slippers, safe, hair dryer). We really enjoyed breakfast (a congee and simple side salad “bar” to add your own toppings, bread/rolls and deli meat and cheese, cereals, breakfast beverages). Loved that it was right beside the metro station. So conveniently located!

The staff were really kind and friendly. They also watched over our luggage when our flights were way before and after the check-in and check-out of the rooms. Allowing us to walk around without the need to drag our luggages with us. Rooms have decent soundproofing. Sometimes the washroom would have a sewer smell leak out, but there's a bathroom fan that could take care of it when you turn it on.
Big plus on the free bottled water that gets replenished every day.
Overall quite satisfied with this hotel, would lodge here again.

Be wary of this property. We booked a stay for 5 nights and never had a night that was not interrupted by the thumping beats of not one, but at least 2 nightclubs in the building, starting at 11pm and into the early hours of the morning. In addition, though ostensibly clean, my daughter woke up with a roach on her foot one night.
Positives were a decent breakfast and the hotel again, was reasonably clean (aside the one cockroach episode), and the rooms did not smell musty and moldy. Location is very convenient in the heart of ZhongXiao East Rd with a Starbucks and Zara in the ground floor. However due to the nightclub noise, wouldn’t stay here again.

The property was ok for the price. The fridge in the room was loud, and although the property is meant to be non-smoking, cigarette smoke could be detected. The breakfast was ok. The hotel provides snacks, however, which was a nice surprise. But the staff was great. I left something behind and they deligently contacted me and allowed me to return to retrieve it late in the night. I appreciate their consideration.
Our stay was pleasant! The hotel was clean and new. Only issue we had was locating it upon arrival. I did not know that it was on the 13th floor, we were expecting a hotel building. It was hard to find especially with the taxi driver because there was no sign at the front of the building. I hope they can put up a sign so it will be easily identified. We love the location because it had the metro station just outside of the hotel, easily accessible. The best part though was the staff! They are so warm and welcoming and really took time to ask what we needed. Special thanks to Ailsa/Eilsa (I’m not sure but i did remember it sounded like Elsa from Frozen) and Anna/Hanna (also not sure) but these two ladies really went out of their way to help me with things, be it with my laundry, room service/general inquiry, or just generally helping me with anything I might need. They were real champs and for me that says a lot about the quality service this hotel provides. I would definitely stay in this hotel again when i come back to Taipei and will definitely recommend to anyone.
Great property. A little noisy at night, but not so much it prevented sleeping. Clean, good breakfast, comfortable beds.

Here is the thing with this place - it smells funny, most of the rooms are a box with no windows, it is in a building with miltiple clubs and karaoke bars.
It isnt horrible, but if you want something with a but more class, dont stay here. I was booked for a week and after 3 days, booked a room at the Sheraton. Night and day difference. This place is fine for the price but I personally would not recommend it.
The condition of the room is terrible, toilet leaking, ceramic floor’s grout came off left open gaps, the bathroom located in higher level more than a whole step which is hazardous for tripping and falling. The room smells bad with moisture, the TV was set to keep the volume down that I could hardly hear so I gave up watching, no cable for us news so I felt like I was in third world. The breakfast was basic and very “Chinese “ so for customers like Americans will be disadvantaged. I don’t recommend it for anyone from other countries. It’s a big disappointment for me and I hardly could wait to get out. Also please note the hotel is in the 13th floor, no sign in front of the building even the taxi could not find it. The front desk staff don’t speak English and no diplomacy, poor service. They should not have worked in the front desk service.
This hotel gave me the feeling of “personal touch”, the way that it is managed, it is less commercial and I felt welcoming. It is like living in own home, small thoughts such as snacks and coffee are provided. It is different from commercial chain hotels. I like it.
