"The property was close to transportation and the activities around Yokohama! About 15 min walk to the Red Brick House or Chinatown! The room was clean and great design where the output of air don’t hit one on the face during sleep is a plus. Break buffet looks great but we didn’t have time to try"

"The hotel had amazing views from the restaurant and the rooms. Breakfast was delicious and the individual flame grill for each guest was impressive. Please be aware that breakfast is traditional Japanese style and that dinner must be pre-booked, so no last minute pop-ins are possible. There’s also an interesting gift shop and a nice onsen available to guests. The laundry facilities are old, but in working order. The comfortable futon and comforter as well as the powerful aircon made for a great night’s sleep and a very nice stay."

"施設全体のお手入れがとても行き届いていました。お部屋 も広々、清掃もバッチリでした。アメニティーも豊富ですし、ロビーでのコーヒーマシーンでの飲み物サービスもありとても良かったです。忙しい旅程だったので朝食付きにしました。和食、洋食が選べて（事前に）、こちらも大満足。一つ残念に思ったのは、ランドリーサービスがあるのですが、とても混んでおり、夜遅くまで待ったのですが、洗濯機に空きがなく、早朝に行ったのですが、夜中にやりっぱなしで放置してるお客さんが洗濯機２台とも占領しており、フロントに言いましたが、自分達は関与できないとのこと。洗濯機使用時、個人でPINナンバーを決めて、洗濯機の開閉を行うため、開けられないとのこと。注意書きは書いてあるものの、実際、こういうお客さんがいるので、終わったらすぐに次の人が使用できるような工夫をホテル側にしてほしいです。"

"Location is unbeatable. Amenities are superior than most. Delicious breakfast. Greatly appreciated the washer and dryer access. Wi-Fi was not available in the room, which was a pain. And the room was extremely small. I had to use the smaller desk to open my suitcase."

"When we arrived the front desk greeted us warmly. They confirmed our Glamping reservation and kindly showed us about the property, including the baths and relaxation room. The glamp trailer/building was cozy. It had all we needed and a view. We only stayed the one night but it was a nice getaway. For travel, it was a little off the beaten path but we did it, with luggage. I would recommend the location."
