「The staff at the counter is friendly and kind. The motel is a little bit out dated but the good tradition of a fine motel remains. It’s my second time visiting the motel. I recon’ the price/value is comparable.」

Cold tap made a dreadful noise when turned on...needed fixing. Wardrobe to hang up things had no pole to hang anything on. Never stayed in a place that was so rough. The picture online was lovely but was nothing like the place.」

「Receptionist manner could be better. Not feeling welcome at all! Especially in a tourist town. Other than that hotel is good, nice and clean. There’s a free private grotto hot pool, make sure you reserve a time for it. Good view, clean and spacious!」

「We stayed at Grandeau Thermal Spa Resort on the 16th–17th of May and unfortunately left feeling quite disappointed overall. The biggest issue was the general cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms and facilities, which did not meet the standard we expected, especially for somewhere calling itself a “resort and spa.” The rooms felt extremely bare and empty, lacking any warmth or atmosphere.
