We like to stay here as it’s close to town and the spa bath is excellent. Have stayed quite a few times. Unfortunately there were a few disappointing things this visit. The only two wine glasses were completely different sizes, only one spoon, only tiny milk on first day. It seems they don’t service each day now so no extra milk or replacement towels.

Our stay in this centrally located motel was great, due in part to the very warm welcome from staff and the ongoing interactions with them. They were very happy to help. All amenities were just as described in their website. Overall a great base for site seeing in Taupo.

We booked a spa room and were allocated room #26 which is great and at the back of the property away from road. Also a plus for us who drive EV car, this motel has 3 chargers to accommodate guests..LOVE IT! Bedroom is nice and comfy, nice bed with heat pump. Spa room comes with separate shower. Location is also great, you can park then walk everywhere. Checkin was easy and quick. All in all, we will stay here again and would recommend to anyone.
