「酒店是我见过最差的，我入住第二天出门买点东西，可是上午11点通往酒店门口的路设了路障不让前来滑雪的车辆进入了，我说我是住店客人也出示了房卡也不给进入，我跟酒店联系他们说没办法谁让开车出去了，你自己想办法外边过一夜明天再进来，酒店也不会退房费给你，我们只好在没有任何行李的情况下在外边酒店住了一夜，第二天早上10点才回到酒店。我希望酒店给我延迟退房一天或者延时退房时间到当天下午3点，但遭到酒店拒绝，要求我必须10点退房。这么无耻的酒店没有见过。」

「酒店坐落在风景区，周边的风景优美，每天都可以看到日照金山的美景，房间宽敞，有厨房，适合于家庭度假。」

「Love this place! It look just like the photos, very clean and it’s a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is mainly to reheat and store food, not suitable for cooking. Walkable to Heavenly Ski Resort area for food and shops. 」

「High quality property with all the amenities, ample space, close proximity to Heavenly Village and right in the middle of all activities and shopping. Hiking within walking distance. Easy walk to the lake, nice views. Everything maintained well, easy parking on-site. Modern mountain interior, large walk-in shower, well suited kitchen. 」

「旅館所處位置不錯，近商業區及滑雪纜車入口。房間很小且床鋪為下拉式，晚上睡覺翻身都會嘖嘖作響，樓上下床的聲音也很明顯。停車位較少需要尋找或等待。服務人員客氣，但給予的說明並不正確(i.e.其實滑雪場是不能自帶滑雪板上去的)。下次應該還是要換別間飯店住。」

「Comfortable and convenient」

「Our family booked this two-bedroom room. The space is large and clean. I like the fireplace and flooring. It has a kitchen for dining and is more convenient for taking care of the children. It is close to the lake and is a perfect choice in summer! Worth coming back」
