Very nice stay. The rooms might be a little bit dated but everything is very high quality. Check out at 10 might be rough but they were kind enough to let us use the amenities at the club. All in one a very good experience.

The room was wonderful, clean, and nice. The staff wasn't all friendly, especially in the ski storage room. What I really didn't like was the pool was cold—the water didn't reach 90 degrees, as we were told, and it only opened until 9 p.m., even though the pool was scheduled for 10 p.m. The pool also had three doors, but you could only enter and exit through the game room, which required going out to the parking lot. This was a major inconvenience for everyone staying at the hotel.

We were truly blown away at how picturesque this resort truly was when we arrived! The staff was welcoming and friendly, our room was beautiful, and access to the game room and the pool was easy. The activity staff were really kind to our daughter and made our stay even more enjoyable. Though several things were closed due to the off-season, we were still able to find things to eat for breakfast and lunch and in between exploring nearby Tahoe.

This was a shoulder season stay and the entire resort was pretty empty, almost all restaurants and shops were closed until November. Unit itself was lovely and comfortable. We had a two bedroom, two bath unit, maybe not too good for two couples as the second bedroom and bath were not nearly as upscale as the master, great for kids.

A wonderful property, we had a 2-bedroom property which was huge and had everything we needed. A good place to stay to hike and explore down on Lake Tahoe. Only negative was reception staff, they appeared to have no local knowledge when asked a couple of questions!
