「Great location if you are traveling to Moorea on the ferry. It is about 5 minutes from the hotel to the ferry terminal. The hotel is in great condition, I would stay there again.」
「The resort was nice, but the service was just average. Very little eye contact, Front Desk staff spent most of the time on the phone without acknowledging people waiting in front of them. Housekeeping staff was very pleasant! Even what looked like Senior Management walked by without acknowledging anyone. I realize it's an independent hotel now, not a Sofitel, but service could use some attention!」
