"Great hotel !! Staff was very professional and hospitality was at their best They clean room everyday, replenish all that you used. Location wise it’s awesome, It’s very close to the station Iidabashi and suidobashi - hence you have options of taking multiple lines. We used the metro everyday. There is a family mart grocery store right infront of the hotel, makes it even more easy. Onsite restaurant offers buffet, and it’s about 7K yen per adult for dinner, mostly seafood. "

"We are very please with the friendliness of the staff. They are always great is on our and in the hotel. They are taking care of business, even the smallest things. I lost one pair of the socks. Replaced it and they found it and returned it to me. That was huge plus. Thank you and we will be back. "

"Enjoyed my stay at Tokyo Dome. Close to several train stops and was able to visit all areas of Tokyo. Lots of stores and food options as well as a 24 hour Don Quixote very close. Room was cleaned daily and fresh towels, water and toiletries were provided for my 11 day stay. Hotel also assisted with coordination taxi back to airport. Everyone I interacted with were pleasant and professional. I would highly recommended this hotel. Starbucks and 711 is very close. Laundry on 7th floor was convenient too."

"Incredible location, outstanding service, great food, top restaurants. A unique experience in Tokyo. I was with my family ( 2 adults + 2 children). Super useful underground direct tunnel connection to the Shinjuku station! "

"I loved staying at this hotel and appreciated it even more after moving to the Marriott, which seemed very cold and sterile compared to the Niwa. From the super polite front desk people (we received a very deep bow from one when boarding the elevator to our room the first time) to the little touches such as an air cleaner/humidifier, tea service tray and bluetooth speaker in the room, the Hotel Niwa is a very nice place to stay. You feel like you are experiencing the real Japan here."
