「The property was perfect for our needs, as we traveled as a family and had an early morning flight the morning after our check-in. We appreciated the kindness of the staff and the prompt shuttle to the airport. Our only disappointment was the lack of a restaurant on the premises. After a long day of travel to reach San Jose, our children were hungry and we were eager to have an early dinner. Unfortunately, we found out there was no restaurant or bar service at the hotel and we had to walk...

「位置绝佳，旁边就是国家剧院和中心广场和步行街。服务态度很好，但餐厅很差：价格高而且饭菜难吃。价格高，如果说是因为有现场音乐伴奏，环境高雅可以接受的话，饭菜做的太不讲究就说不过去了！」

「I arrived later night, the front desk person was called by knocking the door to process my room. Unfortunately they said there is no king size bed which I paid for. I had to sleep since next early morning had meeting,so no time to complain for 2 queen beds. Next day I asked again for king size, they changed my room to king size room. The room is good, only One noise of window. Other then that 2 issues, everything was perfect.」

「Good check-in. Me and my wife arrived very late from the airport and were directed to our parking by the security officers. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. Overall, great experience for my wife and me. We are US citizens with little Spanish skills and had very little issues!」
