Super quiet and clean, easy check in and Marcus the butler was very helpful and welcoming! Walkable distance to many coffee shops and convenience stores open late. Only 5 minutes from the airport. Street parking was super easy!

I recently had to transit through Sydney and this was a wonderful option. Easy walking distance from the domestic terminals (not sure about International). I found the facilities were great and the room quiet & comfortable

Sunny Rooms give excellent access to the airport when catching inconvenient flights. The facilities are basic but friendly, spotlessly clean and pleasant. The bespoke chauffeuring service is much appreciated.

Comfort, Clean and Great Location

Sunny's is a great alternative to the airport hotel options. I transit a lot through Sydney and have stayed at most of the hotels in the local area. I love that Sunny's is so clean and comfortable, has most of the amenities of a hotel, is walkable from the domestic airport and has the added benefit of being able to walk into Mascot hub for good coffee and other amenities. I highly recommend. Sunny was very accommodating to my needs on my recent stay, and I will definitely be back!

Clean and tidy. Easy check in. Can catch bus from airport to Mascot station then walk to accom. Being close to airport can hear planes but didn’t bother me personally - if light sleeper bring ear plugs.

great location; would stay here again

the place was as-advertised. we did not have the opportunity to meet sunny (alas!). we met another person living there, marcus, who looked after us. what a sweetheart he was-is! he collected us from and delivered us to the airport - super-convenient! and he's very knowledgeable about the area. my husband and i would stay there in the future most happily.

The ambience on entering was one of quiet opulence sans ostentation. Other guests were helpful and my early arrival had one making coffee for with a chat on the sunny verandah. I booked this accommodation for myself and my partner for 12 nights. It’s a lovely guesthouse. The property is just as described. We stayed in room 4 which had a balcony. The beds are big and comfortable. The bathrooms are spacious and had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner included. The rooms have air con, tv, fridge and kettle. Tea and coffee sachets are also provided. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house is very very clean and the hosts are great and very accommodating. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, they will help you with anything you need. The property is in a good location, it’s within walking distance to the bus stops and train station, supermarket, restaurant, very close to the airport 2 stops by train. There is street parking but it’s limited. There are rooms both upstairs and downstairs, but the house is very quiet we didn’t have any issues with noise. The property is close to the airport so you might hear some planes at times but nothing they disturbed us. Overall I will definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Thank you Sunny had a great stay.
