Last minute booking due to our other accommodation through Stayz being cancelled. Clean, comfortable accommodation. We had loud neighbors watching TV at 2am which is no one's fault.

I stayed here for a concert at the arena so mainly picked it due to its location to the venue. However I’m so glad I did. The room I stayed in was immaculate. Felt like everything was brand new with how clean it was. It also had a lovely aesthetic that made it feel like I was staying in luxury. Best of all the staff were so lovely. Many people from the concert were staying there and at the end of the night as everyone was returning they had treats laid out for people to snack on while waiting for the elevators. 10/10 would stay again and recommend to anyone.

Quest is a very comfortable place to stay with spacious room and good location adjacent to football arenas. Rated low because we were evacuated for a fire drill at 7 am which was ok, the problem was that the guests were all queued for ages at two very slow lifts to get back to their rooms after the drill while the staff sat at reception and did nothing to facilitate a more efficient way of getting everyone back to their rooms eg opening the door to the stairs would have been very helpful. No management of the situation by staff.

Staff were friendly excellent and helpful at every moment. Your beds are awful. Feel like my spine needs to be realigned. Other than that it was in a great location and close to everyhwre we needed to go during the long weekend. Privacy between the adjoining rooms was a bit poor though could hear old mate watching his sports and the bed rocking with his missus.
