Excellent location right next to the beach, with parking. Very spacious flat. Downmarked as it smells a bit from what I assume is a local restaurant kitchen, and the blinds weren’t very good at keeping out the sun. Overall very good value for money

Great to stay in this area of Sydney for a couple of days. Older style property but clean and tidy. Spacious 3 bedroom apartment and bus right outside the door to the Randwick races. Plenty of dining options around. All around good value.

Very disappointed in the apartment. The online photos did NOT reflect the apartment we stayed in. Apt was very outdated and basic. Needs painting and styling. Shower was unclean with black grout. The location and views were the best feature. No leniency in check out time. I called to request a late check out time for the Sunday because we did not arrive until 10pm in the Friday but was told we had to pay $50 for an extra hour and half. Nowhere to leave our bags when we did leave. Would not stay here again.

Great on weeekdays

Nice place nice location. Lovely large apartment heaps of space. Advertised as access to a pool but there is the sea pool down the road. Incredibly noisy but it was Australia Day weekend. Cafe over the road had music unbelievably loud.

Great family size apartment located right across the road from the patrolled beach, cafes and restaurants. There was also secure parking under the building. Although we didn't use the local buses, there looked to be frequent services to Bondi, Randwick and the city. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a family beach holiday.

Great location near beach and restaurants . Clean .. nice enough living space … nice patio area. Single beds not so comfy and only covered doona not sheet so hot … ( or no cover ). Only one towel per person for the 2 days .. and no beach towel .

Read some very negative reviews of this property. Not justified in my books. It's not luxury accommodation and its furniture, fittings and amenities, while functional, are a bit dated and could use refreshing/replacement... but it's family friendly and close to the beach. My family enjoyed the stay and would book again.

We found this property very nice. It was clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and amenities were provided - shampoo, conditioner, soap, tea, coffee and sugar. We would have liked milk as well however there is a convenience shop just across the road. The property is also very close to Coogee Beach and lots of dining venues. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again ourselves for sure.

Location great- condition of apartment horrible.

Carpet was filthy, the couch had a huge rip, paint was peeling off the ceiling in both bathrooms, molding was left unfinished with sharp edges at the entrance of the kitchen, bathroom tile had mildew- overall the apartment was filthy. I wouldn’t stay there again due to the condition of the apartment. The location was great.

Excellent location for Coogee Beach and surrounds

Excellent location directly across a quieter side street from Coogee Beach. We were in a 3 bed 2 bath unit with a good sized porch. The apartment was everything we needed, extremely comfortable with excellent A/C, and had a well-appointed kitchen. I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 as a few smaller (but relevant) aspects of the apartment were in strong need of a change, including 1) ripped curtains and a broken (and sharp) curtain hook that likely was the culprit, 2) thin windows that didn't dampen outside sound much, and 3) neighbors partying outside well into the night.
