「Everything was well kept. Great staff. But the pool table had broken pool table sticks. We loved playing pool and the game room tv did not work. It was a little in disarray. 」

No towels or bedding in one of the bedrooms on arrival, although did fiz this quickly the next day after it was reported. Excruciating when the whole evening when you’re sat in the living area, the floor above scrape chairs across the floor making your ceiling shudder. Perhaps a bit of felt under the chairs legs?」

「We had really good communication from the owners, with swift replies to any questions. The property is well presented throughout, with Thun just a couple of minutes away all the amenities with it. The real highlight though is the incredible views that just make this place an absolute must, we could not of enjoyed our stay more.」

「Apartment was clean and as advertised. Communication was good. Location was perfect for us- on the edge of town where it was quiet. Easy walk to the train station, bus stop or center of town. Would definitely stay here agin.」
