「A lovely clean room.....staff were very friendly and helpful...breakfast was fresh and good. Bar was busy with very friendly customers. We traveled down from Scarborough for football v Buxton...after the game the bar was very busy but the home supporters made us very welcom.」

「We had a lovely stay, easy to find with nice touches of bread jam cereal and eggs. Would like a bedside lamp to be able to read and a small hoover or broom as we were staying a week .but apart from that couldn’t fault it at all, lovely to meet the owners who were helpful and friendly . Huge comfy bed and nice to be able to do the washing as the weather wasn’t good 」

「Place smelled horrible. Bedsheets were stained. Mold all over the shared bathroom. I found a pair of used underwear beneath my mattress. The place had not been vacuumed in ages. Very shocked Expedia would allow a place like this to remain on their website. 」
