「A lovely hotel in the middle of Buxton. The restaurant lacks atmosphere due to severe lighting however, the food was good but expensive. The biggest problem is the lack of parking. The spa is not included in the daily rate.」

「Excellent location, shops and amenities on the doorstep. Clean, tidy room with good setting to make your stay comfortable as possible.」

「The accommodation was very high spec and lovely. Situated a 10 minute walk into town with supermarkets near by. Check in was very easy and ready to park too. Plenty of scenery to look at in the area too.」

「Very cosy and warm environment; friendly and helpful hosts; great breakfast; safe private parking facilities; excellent location for sight-seeing and visiting Buxton town. Highly recommended.」

「Quiet location on a small farm (29 acres) just outside Buxton. Very well equipped kitchen and good internet/wifi. Friendly helpful owners who live on-site. Great location and a base for the Peak District walks plus there is a nice walk from Cowdale farm to King Sterndale. If you’re into climbing there is a rock face used by climbers less than 500 metres from the accommodation.」

「Loved the room bed and bathroom lots of nice features and the pub was good」

「Whole place was immacluate and presented really well. Really nice location, too!」
