Staff were friendly enough and helpful enough but you would expect them to at least ask if you have had a nice stay, or even say goodbye after you’ve checked out and paid the bill. On arrival we were also not given any directions to our room and had to ask. Five star hotels should be doing the basics properly in my opinion. Breakfast staff were brilliant but breakfast was underwhelming, unfortunately - why write on your menu fresh...

Only thing we didn't like is the TV not registering hdmi so we couldn't watch any movies during our down time after hikes and swimming, and the live TV didn't work often. We travelled early in the week in low season, so the pub understandably wasn't open on Monday and Tuesday, Also there is very poor sign for mobile phone and data and we were unable to get the wi fi password, which made contact for work a bit difficult.
