「I was very impressed with the Queen's Head. Nice clean room in a great location in Higher Buxton. Housekeeping promptly every day. First-rate full English breakfast included. My only complaint is that the room was rather small. There was no space to have an open suitcase, so I had to stuff it in a closet. That was a little inconvenient. Of course, I realize there is nothing they can do about that. It is an old building, and the room size is what it is.」

「We had a lovely stay at Ensana, Buxton Crescent. The room exceeded expectations & the Spa & swimming pool was perfect. The only criticism during our stay was the evening meal at the restaurant. We didn’t feel the food & service given matched the quality you would expect from a 5 star hotel. There are plenty of choices within walking distance of the hotel which we preferred. 」

Beautiful spacious room and such a fantastic traditional staircase when entering the hotel. Breakfast was amazing and the dining area was so calming & pleasant. Excellent location to all attractions/amenities and very easy to walk on foot to reach the amazing shops, bars and restaurant's.. Loved the Buxton Baths. Highly recommend this hotel and I...
