「The apartment is exceptionally clean, tidy, and very well organized. Everything is perfectly maintained and thoughtfully arranged, creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere. Check-in was fast and convenient. I would especially highlight the outstanding kindness and professionalism of the staff. Everything was clear, efficient, and handled with great care. Highly recommended.」

「Very old apartment. Location is fine, close to some shopping malls, but not easy to find it. Apartment is big, but very uncomfortable. Sofa is like a stone and bed is very bad and noisy. Leaking water from shower and flooding the bathroom.」

「I heard some other picky customers complained “ It’s 5 euro breakfast”. But well with the price I don’t expect any free breakfast same with the ones in 5 star hotel. Reception clerks are very nice. The location of the hotel is pretty nice, in the very center area but not noisy at all. I would like to recommend to my friends once needed 」

Skön säng och framför allt tyst… Om jag ska klaga på något så kunde varmhållningen av de varma rätterna till frukost varit betydligt bättre, den varma maten var nästan kall. Frukostvärden var trevlig men kunde torkat av borden mellan gästerna lite bättre. Annars mycket bra, läget och nära till mycket. Carolina 」

「L'appartement était correct et le personnel gentil et serviable par email mais il y a eu un malentendu car l'annonce indiquait le service d'un petit déjeuner de 7h à 12h qui doit être pour un autre logement mais pas le nôtre. Pas de consigne de bagages non plus et il manquait 2 serviettes de toilettes dans le logement. Cependant, l'équipe de Urban nous a réservé un taxi adorable pour le transfert aéroport -appartement et nous a rapporté des serviettes rapidement suite à notre demande. J'avoue...

「Positive: Right in the City Center at macedonia Square. Great breakfast (Menu). Not to expensive Negative: The corners in the bathroom weren't clean. It smelled quite strongly of sewage. Avoid room 110, because the cleaning staff sit opposite it from about 8 a.m. and talk so loudly that you'll fall out of bed. In short: the price/performance ratio is okay, but room 110 is not recommended. It's okay for younger people without high expectations.」

「Lots of choice on the breakfast buffet though would have liked a bigger selection of fresh fruit. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the food in the Skybar is excellent. The room was clean and we had a great view. Our shower was huge! Also check out the Finnish sauna which was awesome. The hotel is on a hill and it’s a bit of a walk into town but we love to walk so no problem for us. It’s cheap to get a cab if walking is an issue. 」

「The room was big and clean. Staff very friendly. Location of the hotel is excellent. The only thing I didn't like was the speed of internet. Also breakfast was very repetitive.」

「Superb location beside the old town with a 5 minute walk to The Stone Bridge or just wander through the cobbled streets. Roof-top bar had wonderful views over the city although the pool was closed being March only. Room size was fantastic with a bath and shower. Breakfast was well presented with a full selection of hot and cold dishes. Would highly recommend and would return. 」
