Friendly Staff in new hotel near City Center.

Very helpful staff! I enjoyed staying here. It’s about a 10-12 minute walk to the main attractions in Skopje, but it’s not a bad walk. I would stay here again.

A hidden gem in Skopje. Fabulous location, modern hotel, extremely cheap and they let me check in at 11:30am which was so kind and appreciated. You got some free coffee, tea, biscuits and a bottle of water as well. If I come back in Skopje, I will be 100% staying here. Thank you!

I am extremely pleased with the service, cleanness of the room/hotel and hospitality of the staff. It is also very close to the center. I didn't know that reception was open till 4PM. I was at the airport at that time and they sent me a perfect guideline via Whatsapp about how to enter the hotel and my room. It was the smoothest self check-in I have ever experienced. No need to look for another place in town to stay :)

if youre coming to Skopje and looking for a nice comfy place to stay, thats it. Its just 10 mins away from the city centre (on foot) the building is brand new , receptionists were super friendly. We stayed there for 1 night and it was fantastic. the only thing that i wanna say is that the room temp was a bit cold for my taste, there was radiator and an A/C. I didnt turn on the A/C maybe it could've been better if I did and 2 towels were not as clean. These are the only things that I can say, other than that room was fantastic very spacious and brand new. The aura overall was very nicee

Room was spacious, and everything was working well. Loved the snacks that were provided, which we have not had in any other place. The staff (Anastasia & Tamara at the front desk and Indira for housekeeping) were very nice, helpful and friendly. Though when it came to room cleaning and the snacks we were not told clearly the system (room can be cleaned every few days and only then will the snacks be refilled). Also though we arrived early, but our room was still not ready for 30-45 min after the check out time.

Sienna Apartments Skopje offered comfortable and spacious accommodation that made my visit to the city enjoyable. The room itself was impressively roomy, providing ample space to relax and unpack, which is always a welcome feature, especially for longer stays. The apartment felt well-maintained and spotlessly clean upon arrival, which immediately put me at ease. I also found the service to be very good and responsive; any queries or requests I had were addressed promptly and efficiently by the staff. The reason I'm giving a 4-star rating instead of a perfect 5 is due to a couple of issues that, while not deal-breakers, did slightly impact my experience. Firstly, the reception is only available after 4:00 PM, which could be inconvenient for guests arriving later or needing assistance outside of those hours. Secondly, and a bit more frustrating, clean towels were not provided on the third day of my stay. It's a small detail, but one that's easily overlooked and impacts daily comfort. Regarding the location, it's worth noting that Sienna Apartments are about a 30-minute walk from the Old Town. While this wasn't a major issue for me as I enjoy walking, it's something to consider for those who prefer to be right in the heart of the historical center or rely solely on public transport/taxis.
