「I heard some other picky customers complained “ It’s 5 euro breakfast”. But well with the price I don’t expect any free breakfast same with the ones in 5 star hotel. Reception clerks are very nice. The location of the hotel is pretty nice, in the very center area but not noisy at all. I would like to recommend to my friends once needed 」

「Front desk staff lady was super friendly and helpful. Gave me a tour of where Id be staying and described all the amenities in detail. Great locationwise. Near to a bunch of stores and restaurants. Walkable distance from the bus station. Would totally book here again.」

「This small hotel is steps away from Skopje restaurants and attractions. Our room was quiet even though near the main square. The breakfasts were good. Staff were helpful. The room was a bit dated. I suggest replacing all the carpet with wood or tile floors. Keep in mind that the hotel is on a pedestrian street so you have to walk a few meters to transportation.」

「The staff went above and beyond, as there were some booking complications and it was all sorted immediately. The new apartment was clean and had everything I needed for the one night stay, and the whole process was easy and I felt very taken care of! 10/10」

「In fact, everything was excellent until I found I became a chinese on my receipt. How could it be...I haven't visited china cause we need a visa for the sightseeing. Maybe I should tell the staff that I know this country is macedonia, not greece...or you prefer I say you're a greek?」

「分別入住3晚(共兩個房間), 最後一晚入住前不足24小時取消我們其中一個已訂的房間, 雖然有安排另一酒店的一個房間給我, 但該酒店平均價格較低、地點不便、評分較低, 亞力山大廣場精品酒店收取較高房價卻安排另一較平酒店的做法太過份, 所以亦沒有接受而自行再尋找住宿。 另外, 房間沒有Blanket, 只有一張床單一樣薄的被。浴室企缸玻璃漏水嚴重。早餐地點很嘈, 食物很咸。 」

「I usually not leaving low ratings for anyone but this place was very overrated, expensive food and not very friendly staff. The have place so much emphasis on not necessary and for got the human factor and creating a welcoming environment. That is so sad. I should not be judging based on only one experience but the one experience is what makes a good and best place. In short, we will not be staying there again.」

「Midden in het levendige centrum. Vriendelijk personeel. Modern. Schoon. Super zwembad/ spa! Gratis parkeren midden in de stad. Onze kamer aan de achterkant was wel wat gehorig, maar tegen de kerkklokken en andere stadsgeluiden valt misschien ook niet te isoleren. Je ziet wel dat het hotel nog niet helemaal af is. Qua afwerking zijn er nog dingen te doen, maar daar hadden wij geen last van.」
