「The apartment is exceptionally clean, tidy, and very well organized. Everything is perfectly maintained and thoughtfully arranged, creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere. Check-in was fast and convenient. I would especially highlight the outstanding kindness and professionalism of the staff. Everything was clear, efficient, and handled with great care. 「Very old apartment. Location is fine, close to some shopping malls, but not easy to find it. Apartment is big, but very uncomfortable. Sofa is like a stone and bed is very bad and noisy. Leaking water from shower and flooding the bathroom.」

「I heard some other picky customers complained “ It’s 5 euro breakfast”. But well with the price I don’t expect any free breakfast same with the ones in 5 star hotel. Reception clerks are very nice. 「The room was clean but basic. The pics are as good as it gets. It’s on a pedestrian street so a taxi is unable to go to hotel. At the time I travelled the address is incorrect on Apple and Google Maps. I suggested that they ask it to be changed. The location is very central and walkable to pretty much all the sites.」

「L'appartement était correct et le personnel gentil et serviable par email mais il y a eu un malentendu car l'annonce indiquait le service d'un petit déjeuner de 7h à 12h qui doit être pour un autre logement mais pas le nôtre. Pas de consigne de bagages non plus et il manquait 2 serviettes de toilettes dans le logement. Cependant, l'équipe de Urban nous a réservé un taxi adorable pour le transfert aéroport -appartement et nous a rapporté des serviettes rapidement suite à notre demande. J'avoue...

「Lots of choice on the breakfast buffet though would have liked a bigger selection of fresh fruit. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the food in the Skybar is excellent. The room was clean and we had a great view. Our shower was huge! Also check out the Finnish sauna which was awesome. The hotel is on a hill and it’s a bit of a walk into town but we love to walk so no problem for us. It’s cheap to get a cab if walking is an issue. 」

「Superb location beside the old town with a 5 minute walk to The Stone Bridge or just wander through the cobbled streets. Roof-top bar had wonderful views over the city although the pool was closed being March only. Room size was fantastic with a bath and shower. Breakfast was well presented with a full selection of hot and cold dishes. Would highly recommend and would return. 」

「The staff are so hospitable and friendly! They gave us a very good impression! The room is clean and tidy. They let us early check in at 11am. Moreover, the staff helped us to call a taxi to reach the bus station in the early morning on checking out. We are deeply appreciated for his help! 」
