「It was a great location and the staff that worked at Midtown was very nice and helpful. However, if you can find a room in this same building, but from a different renter/owner, I would. Jay was not very responsive. At times wouldn't respond at all to my questions. The key to the building and elevator wouldn't work and so you always had to ask the front desk to get you to where you needed to go. I would say this unit sleeps 5 and not the 6 it states. The couch bed could fit two kids, but not two...

「It is a double bed as advertised - not a queen! Location was fabulous to Bayside MarketPlace. It was nice to have option at hotel next door to leave bags for a small fee if you have a late flight out. TV was more complicated than it should be so we did not bother. Having the kitchenette with a full frig/freezer was fantastic!」

「This was our second stay at this hotel and overall we had a terrible experience, rooms were not clean , there was a conference with over 1200 attendees that took over the hotel and it was absolutely terrible walking around the hotel, chilling by the pool was terrible .. we felt so out of place with everyone from conference constantly walking in front beds .. we originally booked to stay for 3 nights and we left on the second day as the experience was just awful, we would never return 」

「This property is in a nice location. Everything worked properly. I found it secure and safe and it was clean. The cons of this property is the curtains in the bedroom definitely need to be changed for some privacy when needed. Maybe get some that match the other room. It could use some fresh paint and a few touch ups mainly in the bathroom but it didn’t bother me much. Also when you check out they ask to leave the keys in the room but when I got to the elevator I couldn’t choose the floor I...
