「 The apartment hotel is new and the room facilities is good. The emnities can use some improvement but good in terms of a service apartment. The location is excellent for what it is. Most of the interaction we had with staff are postive and friendly. However the communication especially around room service/cleaning could be clearer and some of the request we had didn't go through. 「Staff were helpful, but their open hours were limited. Power outlets did not work except for only one. Sink was clogged on the first day. Blanket under one of the two beds was stained and hidden under. The opening of electric water boiler/kettle was broken and unable to open; used the small opening to pour in water to still utilize. Used “do not disturb” sign for all days there as we preferred for our room to not be entered by house keeping for personal reasons; on of those days, I found out...

「No lift so you have to walk one stair with your luggage. Bar downstairs so there will be some noise but still acceptable. Room is tidy but there're few red spot (looks like dried blood) on bed sheet, wondering if they changed it every time. They credit your credit card for deposit but debit if afterward, they should void it instead cause there are charges from bank!! Free car park for customers.」

「The swimming pool and gym room are unavailable under covid 19. it is quite expensive without them. The room is nice but not clean, there is a lot of bugs in the room. Some of the pillows are smelly. By the way, This apartment is close to the showground.」

「We stay for 2 nights and car parking is very big. Staff very nice and very details to guide us how to parking. And the hotel also have shopping place. If go to central, take train very close within free zone area. 」
