「Horrible. It’s conveniently located but that is it. Most of the staff is useless, hotel is run down, food at the “restaurant” was horrible. Rooms are dated. Got woken up by hotel staff at 1:30am while dead asleep for a noise complaint. I was asleep! How? So, got zero sleep and a really bad migraine after that, wouldn’t stay again. Not up to par.」

「I had a quick overnight airport stay and the staff allowed me to check in 2 hours early. Everything was clean and the room was perfect. The shuttle was prompt and courteous. Highly recommend!!」

「Hotel isn’t as nice and clean as in the pictures. It was updated but maybe 10 years ago. The door to the room was very basic and let the noises in at night.We were disappointed. Rust stains in the bathroom. Check the fridge settings before putting your food in. Our food and drinks froze. Breakfast was ok. 」

「I live here in Austin and just wanted a night away from home, rooms were available. Front desk staff very friendly and helping. My room was clean and cozy and enough space for me, as I was a solo guest. Breakfast was great, and had many options. Great location with street parking if you don't want to pay! Overall had a great experience!」

「I chose this property because it was spotlighted on Expedia. Felt affordable but also luxurious judging from the photos. When I arrived, it looked like a ghost town and the woman who checked me in was rude. I requested an early check in because I had an event to get to. My room wasn’t ready (which is understandable) but she seemed to care less about the predicament I was in. An hour later, she issued room keys to at least 5 other guests who also arrived early. I had to go back up and ask for a...
