「What a wonderful venue for our last 2 nights in the Keys. This place is a hidden gem. The entire staff, especially Edith, the bartender, were fantastic.」

「The hotel is amazing—everything is conveniently close, including the restaurants, pool, and beach. The staff is very friendly, and accessibility was great with easy ramp access. However, I’m very disappointed with Expedia. When I booked, I selected the “pay at property” option, but I was charged in advance. In addition, my reservation was for a room with 2 beds for 4 guests, yet I was charged an extra fee. Expedia says this comes from the hotel, which I understand but the issue is that...

「The staff was very nice. However, the room was not clean at all. There was dog hair all on the window sill and the bathroom shower curtain had soap scum and mold all over it. Your balcony is not private either. You share it with the room next to you. I was not expecting to walk out and another couple be right outside your sliding glass door. 」

「Place was as described. Only thing i would recommend is a little more attention to detail during turnover cleaning as we found nail clippings and foot splatter on the wall. We loved the setting after our long days being able to be on the water, had manatees swim by us a couple times. Still recommend and would stay again!」
