「The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was good clean. We did not have the room cleaned . During our stay. The hotel staff were fantastic with anything we needed. They would bring it to our room right away. They did run out of pillows for the pull out bed. "The staff at the front desk have no patience with guests, the shuttle driver was very rude with guests' suitcases and damaged my suitcase trolley without even an apology. The bedding was not changed every guest and the towels were disgusting! The smell of male bodily fluids clung to the towels and you could smell it when you entered the bathroom, and there was actually a blood stain on one of the towels that hadn't washed off. It was disgusting! Don't waste your money challenging your bottom line."
