Excellent communication from reception about checking in details and on arrival exceptional service and friendliness. 「Well, on the positive side - the hotel is new, especially the bathroom. Big walk-in shower - no phone booth - and it has a closing door. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is very clean. It is well located in Livorno - close to everything. It is also very quiet from street noise, a hard thing to say is always the case in Italy.」

「A real hidden gem! Palazza Della Bianca is amazingly comfortable and clean; simply breathtaking. Walkable to the Leaning Tower, many restaurants, and souvenir shops. Owner, Ivanka, was extremely friendly and helpful as we needed to arrange transportation back to the train station at the end of our visit. Highly recommend this hotel!!」

「A really great find in this small boutique B&Q in Pisa. Location was great and in a good place for loc food options, directly on the rice with great views. Property was well maintained, some good items included within the fridge and breakfast in the restaurant next door - you can eat in or grab this for take away for your travels. There are a good number of steps up to the rooms, so be aware if you have lots of luggage. We struggled to find the small door for the rooms but they are in the...
