「Located in the lake area - it’s a very convenient location yet it feels like I am away from the crowd and still surrounded by the natural when I return to the home stay in the evening. It’s a lovely house with 15 rooms in total. Beautiful design and good communal area. Will be a lovely choice for anyone, from solo travellers to family with kids. Breakfast is good. Staffs are all very friendly, responsive and helpful. Will highly recommend to people and stay again if I ever visit Hangzhou. 」

「我覺得整體的體驗10分好，特別是職員的服務態度，不是一位、兩位，是整體的職員培訓得10分好，細節上我亦10分欣賞」

「好」

「In general, staffs are lack of training, some of staffs are even rude to customers. Never experienced anything like this with anywhere with sofitel. I don't normally write any reviews. However my experience in this China trip with sofitel is really bad」

「The room was very small and apparently no window. To be precise, there was a closed window toward the reception.」

「Estadia perfecta!」

「Good」

「It’s very hard to find this place. It isn’t visible from the road and there is no visible sign near the road and the driver went in circles for some time. The rooms are not well-kept so it has a feeling of a youth hostile. Staff was nowhere to be seen at check out so I gave my key to a random guy. They never cleaned my room or gave me fresh towels. The location by the lake is amazing but this place needs new management. It looks much better on Expedia then in real life.」
