「We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Wroxham. The location is unbeatable, right on the river, and the warm welcome from the friendly staff set the tone for our visit. The food was excellent, and the chef went out of their way to cater for my wife’s dairy-free needs. Wendy, the owner, was charming and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Contrary to another review we’d read, we found the wine and drinks list reasonably priced for such a prime spot. The attention to detail in the interior design...

「Ideally positioned hotel within walking distance to the city centre but easily accessible via vehicle with parking. Comfortable clean and well appointed room with good decor and clean modern bathroom facilities . Tea/ coffee provided in room. 「 Booked overnight stay following a music event nearby. Booked Riverside Hotel, but they obviously own several properties nearby. Our room was in a converted house up a side road so sadly no Riverside view. Room was very preventable. Needs a net curtain at window to aid privacy, better quality mattresses and pillows. Cleaner needs to look up & dust light fittings. 」

「We stayed for two nights in August B&B as part of a mini break to the East of England. All staff were welcoming and helpful. The room had a king size bed and the bathroom was large and adequately supplied. Breakfast was a good choice of pastries and hot buffet...dining at 8.15am meant we had no problem with queues or choice of food. The only thing that could have been better was the lack of air conditioning, as our room was very warm on both nights of our stay although a fan was provided...

「We arrived later than planned and called ahead - this wasn't a problem. Room was clean, shower hot with great pressure, bed super comfy and breakfast was delicious (we'll definitely be back to dine for lunch or dinner!). Place is wonderfully done throughout and staff all kind and approachable. We could hear loud snoaring from the adjacent room (nothing some white noise can't drown out on our phones!) but we appreciate it's part of staying in an old characterful property. Great value for money...

「Staff were friendly and excellent and location is what we expected and room and comfort was very good. The only thing we were not too happy was the free drink with the meal which was house wine as we had RED and WHITE which were not very good as we did express that to the staff there? Also There were no BRANDY in the evening on Saturday around 9pm?」
