Stayed in a family room with mini kitchen. Ample parking, very close to the main street with restaurants and bars, just a walkover to get there. Cathedral and park next door. Lovely and welcoming staff.

In this hotel romm was a fridge, ar fryer and microwave, never seen that before. A selection of cups, plates and cutlery completes the scene. Think it would be a good idea to add a coffee machine and sell pods in reception. Been there before and will definitely use it next time in Norwich.

It could be cleaner, the decor needs tidying up and the bed sheets were worn and in need of repair. Nice location and the staff were lovely.

More of a hostel/bedsit than a hotel. Strong smell of cleaning products, industrial carpet, not very cosy or pleasant. It is in a good location however, and the bed was comfortable.

Our room was OK but a bit cramped compared to the photos. Onsite parking was good and easy to access and the bed was firm enough (though very squeaky). The kitchenette had a microwave and freezer less fridge. We had some random cutlery and mismatched glasses, some of which were left in the drying rack when we arrived. We had no tea towels to dry our washing up and our room was not serviced at all. The property is a convenient walk to the old part of town and there is a nice pub with door and beer garden down the road.

Don't have Room 13. Tiny double bed, no access to one side, no plugs in a convenient place, no bed side tables, shower old and door broken. No curtains, blinds only so daylight at 4.30am. Won't be going back.
