Had a lovely stay at this hotel, room was lovely, clean and everything we needed, continental breakfast had plenty of cereal to chose from, yoghurts, cereal bars, toast, fruit, lots of choices of drinks. Staff were very friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again, if we plan to go to this area again.

Great location - convenient for rail station & town centre. Room was clean & well kept. Communal fridge & microwave facilities were an unexpected bonus. The only downside was that noise travelled quite a lot & we were woken early by people preparing breakfast.

Breakfast was simple. Very few options besides bread and yogurt and juice. Changed rooms due to bugs and ants on bed and desk. Staff was friendly enough. If you’re staying in Norwich, it’s a close location to the train station, but i’d recommend a different location than this one - even if you’re paying a bit more.
