"We stayed for two nights and our room was never cleaned. I was also never reimbursed the $211 security deposit that was supposed to be returned after checkout. I’m still waiting one month later. Another major issue was that the elevators were broken during our stay. Because of this, we had to carry all of our luggage down seven flights of stairs when leaving, which was extremely inconvenient. Due to this experience, I would not feel comfortable booking here again. I would be concerned about being charged and not being reimbursed, while also having difficulty reaching anyone for assistance. Look forward to receiving my deposit from last months visit eventually. "

"Great overall, elevator is very small and takes a minute to use but there is a stair case! Room also was smaller than anticipated but overall great stay! Staff was very friendly! "
