"Loved the atmosphere here at Hard Rock Hotel in Madrid Spain!! All the staff were kind and helpful. Always available. Our room was very clean. The bed is comfortable. Shower was great with choice of water pressure. The pool was very nice and had good shade surrounding it. Breakfast delicious with so many choices!! Staying here made us feel like we were rock stars!! I hope all other Hard Rock Hotels have the same standards. I plan to stay there again!"

"This was the 4th time staying. For us its a perfect location to continue our journey with a rental car and they have a parking lot. The staff went beyond to accommodate our needs.The only issue was they had not enough bath towels in room in which they brought right away. The front desk was outstanding. See you next summer"

"Positives: The location is good. The metro is nearby and there are many restaurants and grocery shops around. The room is big and has many amenities. The air conditioning works well, even at 40C outside the room was always comfortable. Negatives: The checkin process was not smooth at all. The codes were not working and I had to get a key. This process took over 40 minutes. Be aware that there is no reception and all communication is through WhatsApp. The bed is very hard."

"Really lovely place to stay, apartment had everything that we needed. Have stayed at other Erik Vokel apartments and they are always a high standard of accommodation. There was however something that we found quite bizarre during our stay. When we checked in we were told that the host would arrange for our towels to be changed on the 3rd day at 9am in the morning. I set an alarm to make sure we were up and not still in bed for when the cleaner arrived, but by 11am when we were getting ready to go out for the day they still hadn’t arrived. We went to reception on our way out just to check that someone would still come that day and was told that they didn’t come at 9am as we were in the room and they wouldn’t change the towels whilst we were there. I was unsure how they would know we were still in the room as you don’t pass the reception or anything when you come in or out of the entrance. The receptionist told me that they monitor the sound in the room and thats how they know if you are in or not. I find this quite bizarre and have never experienced anything like this wherever else I have stayed. I obviously don’t think they are listening in to your conversations or anything, but it just seemed a strange process to avoid someone coming into your room at a time you have agreed."

"10/10 — 5 Stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely loved my stay at PAX Hotel! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff was incredible from start to finish. Igar and Mario went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed and truly made my stay that much better. The customer service was exceptional, and I felt genuinely taken care of during my entire stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend PAX Hotel to anyone visiting Madrid! 🇪🇸❤️ Thank you, Igar and Mario, for making my stay so wonderful!"
