「I had such a great experience and the staff were very attentive to detail. Shout out to Morris at the restaurant who made dining such an enjoyable experience and Monica at the front desk who was quick to support and help as we needed. 」

Internet is good, the beds and shower are excellent, the complementary breakfast is great. We had the best night’s sleep of our whole trip. We love this hotel and this is our third stay here. 」

「We are tourists for kenya safari, and of course no one will wear formal clothes like businessman. unfortunately hotel people have smile faces to everyone who wearing business suit but not interesting to even say hello to us who wearting jeans and tshirt. that's really not a good experinece in Nairobi. But, there something that I should mention hear that we used the hotel limousine for one day the driver is extreamly good and warm hearted.」
