This hotel has the friendliest and most helpful people working there. They all seemed to want to make our stay the best it could be. The hotel is so comfortable and welcoming and I loved it. The one down side was the steak I ordered which was chewy and inedible - disappointing as it wasn’t at all cheap. I would definitely return but just not order steak.

Great hotel for business

Very good hotel for business or pleasure. Located about a 10 minute drive from the Nairboi National Park. Room service can take a little while so be sure to give it 45 mins. Also one time when they forgot to bring a spoon for my soup they took 20 minutes to bring one up by which time I had finished it using a teaspoon in the room. Otherwise a great hotel.
